My approach to supporting you during your Life Transition
As we partner together to support you during your time of transition, we begin by understanding your response to change. For some people the response to a major life transition includes unexpected feelings of anxiety, dread or depression.
Change can also evoke chronic stress that effects one’s ability to sleep, maintain health and functioning at work, home and beyond. The challenges that come with change could make you feel like a victim of your circumstances, despite your ability and freedom to choose the path forward.
On a larger scale, transitioning out of one area of life and into another, may evoke deeper questions about meaning and what you value most during your pivotal moments of change.
