As you contemplate the opportunity to begin therapy, you may be facing a difficult life challenge, seeking change, craving self-understanding or resolution.

My years of practice have taught me that meaning can be found even during our most challenging times, and that in our journey toward change lies our strength to overcome even great emotional distress.

In our work together, a warm and collaborative relationship awaits you. Our process begins by meeting you where you are. As it evolves, you will be guided to gain self-awareness, overcome emotional distress, acquire coping strategies, and feel empowered to THRIVE. Come as you are. I await meeting you!
